Board of Directors

There are seven Directors on the Board. They are from hi-tech sectors, with financial expertise, of legal backgrounds, management arenas or business backgrounds. The main task is to provide supervision to management teams to make certain all laws and regulations are followed, duties to the Taiwan Exchange Commission are carried out, and vote on any change in company by-laws.
